UnHappy reviews may occur and InstaRate helps mitigate those by placing them in an area on the app that
is below your positive reviews. In addition, if a person declines to be authenticated by our quick and easy process,
their review will not be place on your Unhappy review section. Other companies allow for non-authenticated
reviews to be easily placed and there is nothing that the recipient can do about it without contacting a customer
service individual and pleading your case to have it removed.
At the sole discretion nearly all other companies,
